The small dog section of the Dog Park at Sevierville City Park will be closed all day on Monday, March 10. The closure is necessary due to water line work occurring in the area. The large dog section will remain open. This closure was originally scheduled for March 6, however the water line work was not conducted as planned.

Weather and other conditions permitting, the water line work will be completed and the small dog section will reopen as scheduled on Tuesday, March 11.

Registration is now being accepted for the City of Sevierville Parks and Recreation 2025 Spring adult co-ed softball league. Co-ed league fees are $250.00 per team. Registration is for full teams; individuals may be placed on a free agent list for teams that may be looking for players.

Play will begin on April 15. Games will be played on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Sevierville City Park. A team captain’s organizational meeting is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on April 9 at the Sevierville Civic Center.

Registration packets are available at the front desk at the Sevierville Community Center and online at sevierville.recdesk.com; choose Programs and then Adult Sports. The registration deadline is April 10.
