Pickleball

The City of Sevierville Department of Park and Recreation is seeking input and comments on the proposed dedicated pickleball courts scheduled to be built at Sevierville City Park, 1005 Park Road. Construction is scheduled to begin in November 2022. 
 
Residents may submit comments and/or questions via email to Parks and Recreation Administrative Assistant Nicole Sutton at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. until August 22, 2022.
 
Residents are also invited to provide comments and ask questions at two public meetings on Monday, August 22:
• Sevierville City Park 8:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m., and
• Sevierville Civic Center 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.

 Free Pickleball Lessons

When:  Tuesdays from 10am-12pm and if inclement weather on Tuesday, will be Thursday same time 
Dates: Ongoing every Tuesday

Who: Open to anyone 18+
Cost: $0 per person

PICKLEBALL OPEN COURT PLAY          

The City of Sevierville is offering open play on up to six pickleball courts, located at City Park at 915 Park Rd. You can check out nets, paddles and balls at the Athletic Office located just behind the courts at City Park on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 9am-2pm (weather permitting). All equipment check out is FREE of charge. To set up additional times to play, please call the Athletic Office at 865-453-6946. Please try to schedule a few days in advance to give enough time to respond to requests.

There are also courts open to the public located in the Sevierville Community Center. Open play for pickleball is limited to one court and you must call 865-453-5441 in advance to see if open play is available. There is a $3 per player cost to enter the Community Center for open play, unless you are already a member of the Center. Equipment rental is still free of charge.
