What: Sevierville Fall Youth Baseball and Softball Registration Begins July 5

When: Registration Period is July 5-August 7, 2023

The Sevierville Department of Parks and Recreation will begin accepting youth baseball and softball registration and entry fees for the 2023 Smoky Mountain Youth Baseball Association’s (SMYBA) fall season in person on July 5 and online July 17, as the department transitions to new web based user software. For online registration, a link will be available on the City of Sevierville, Sevierville Parks and Recreation, and SMYBA Facebook pages, and at seviervilletn.org.

The season is scheduled to begin August 28 and end in mid-October. Fall season games will be played only at Sevierville City Park.

Baseball leagues are open to children 3-12 years old. Girls’ softball is open to ages 9-12 years old. The age date cutoff for each age group is May 1, 2023. The registration fee for all ages is $35.00/child ($5.00 discount for each additional child in the same family when registering in person). Children can register to be drafted or full teams may register as well.

The registration deadline is August 7.

Registration forms and information are currently available at the Sevierville Community Center Monday-Friday 6 a.m.-7:30 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Registration forms are also available online at www.seviervilletn.org on the athletics page, or you can find it by liking SMYBA’s page on Facebook.
