City Presents $50K Check Towards New All-Inclusive Playground
The City of Sevierville presented a check in the amount of $50,000.00 (fifty-thousand dollars) to Project Sevier last week.
The City has partnered with Project Sevier, a local grass roots organization, to fund, design and build an all-inclusive playground at Sevierville City Park. The $50K will be used towards building Phase I of the project at the current Mt. Ton of Fun playground site at City Park.
Work has begun on transforming the current playground. A project timeline will be available in the near future.
