A traffic advisory is being issued for the temporary closure of the right turn only lane on westbound West Main Street, between Court Avenue and Highway 66/Forks of the River Parkway.

Network maintenance will affect City government phone and website services

The City of Sevierville IT Department will be performing scheduled maintenance on critical components of the City's core network infrastructure Tuesday evening, July 15, from approximately 7:00 p.m.-7:15 p.m. During this period, telephone services across all City government departments (including public safety services) may be disrupted, and all municipal websites will be temporarily unavailable.

On Friday, July 18, the Sevierville Police Department is hosting a fundraiser for Isaiah House and offering several back to school child safety services. The event will take place from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at the Police Department, 300 Gary Wade Boulevard, in the Municipal Complex.

Sevierville Police Department schedules Cookout with the Cops community event August 12

The Sevierville Police Department will hold a Cookout with the Cops community event on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. The event will take place outdoors in the Kodak community at New Hope Church, 2450 Winfield Dunn Parkway. SPD will be joined by many of our local partners, including the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Sevierville Fire Department, and more.

TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Upcoming lane closure planned on Main Street

A traffic advisory is being issued for a lane closure on Main Street. The right travel lane on Main Street near the intersection with Creek Avenue will be closed from 6:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Monday, July 14-Friday, July 18.

Sevierville Parks and Recreation plans next Smoky Mountains hike July 9

The Sevierville Parks and Recreation Department has scheduled a hike to Charlies Bunion from Newfound Gap via the Appalachian Trail on Wednesday, July 9. This moderately STRENUOUS guided hike is FREE and limited to ten participants.

New fire station groundbreaking planned in Kodak community July 9

The City of Sevierville has scheduled a groundbreaking ceremony for construction of a new fire station in Kodak. The ceremony will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 9 at the North Sevierville Center campus, 3099 Winfield Dunn Parkway in the Kodak community.
