Public Building Authority

The PBA is responsible for overseeing projects pertaining to the City’s Central Business Improvement District (CBID) and related financing. There are eight board members, selected by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen. The members serve staggered six-year terms. Meetings are held as needed at the Civic Center.
