Certificate of Zoning Compliance

All new businesses must have a Zoning ComplianceCertificate before occupying their tenant space or building.

 

If a permit or site plan is not required for the business, please visit https://sevierville.seamlessdocs.com/f/zoningcomplianceapplication to submit your online application for a zoning compliance certificate. Examples of such include:

• Existing tenant space with no modifications or renovations
• General inquiries for zoning verification (e.g. real estate or commercial loans)

 

If the project requires any of the following but doesn't yet have a permit, please visit https://www.mygovernmentonline.org/ and complete a single application for both the permit and the zoning compliance certificate. Examples of such include:

• Sign installation
• Commercial remodeling
• Commercial construction
• Site Plan
