TEXT TO PAY allows you to pay your water bill via a TEXT MESSAGE.

Once enrolled you will receive a text every time a new bill is posted to your account.

When you are ready to pay simply reply "PAY" and you will receive a payment confirmation.

Water & Sewer Payment Arrangements

We recognize that financial hardships happen and sometimes you need a little extra time to pay your bill. The City of Sevierville offers payment arrangement plans to allow customers to maintain service while they pay off past-due balances.

The sooner you contact us, the more likely we will be able to make arrangements that work for you. Approvals for payment arrangements are at the discretion of the Customer Service Department and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Tips

Open your bill as soon as you receive it. Plan on paying by the due date.
Always make a payment. Any payment is better than no payment.
Don’t wait until the last minute to take care of your bill.
Automate your payment with bank draft or credit card.
If your check is returned, you will be charged a fee.
If your service is disconnected for non-payment you will be charged a reconnect fee before service is restored.
