The primary duty of the Committee shall be to receive, review, recommend or reject applications submitted for placement of a Historic Landmark Sign that denotes historic property and/or areas within the City of Sevierville.
The Committee may meet on the third Tuesday of any month when the Chairman determines is necessary or prudent to do so. The Committee shall meet at 5 p.m. in the Civic Center or at such other place as may be designed.
This board consists of representatives from the county and each city within the county. Their purpose is to discuss the animal care and shelter needs of the county. Meeting Schedule: 3rd Wednesday of each month.
Any person(s) wishing to sell, store for sale, distribute for sale, or manufacture beer within the city must file an pdf application (3.07 MB) and obtain a permit from the Beer Board prior to selling, storing, distributing, or manufacturing beer.
Beer Board meetings are scheduled as needed; generally called on the 3rd Monday of the month.
This Board has the power to hear appeals of decisions and interpretations to the building codes adopted by the City, and may consider variances to the codes. (The owner of a building, an architect, or an engineer may appeal a decision of the building official or building inspector to this board if they disagree with our opinion or interpretation of the building codes.)
