Registration is now being accepted for the City of Sevierville Parks and Recreation Spring adult co-ed softball league. Co-ed league fees are $225.00 per team. Registration is for full teams; individuals may be placed on a free agent list for teams that may be looking for players.

Registration for the Sevierville Department of Parks and Recreation Spring pickleball league is now open. The registration deadline is March 21, 2023. The fee is $5.00 per participant, per division.

The Sevierville Department of Parks and Recreation has scheduled meetings for upcoming Summer bowling leagues. All meetings will take place at the Sevierville Community Center.

We are deeply saddened to report that 19-year old John Tipton, missing since January 15, 2023, was found deceased this morning in Knoxville. We extend our sincere condolences, thoughts and prayers to John's family and friends.

Last month, the City of Sevierville was named a Tree City USA by the Arbor Day Foundation. Sevierville will celebrate their thirty-ninth Arbor Day on May 12, 2023, at Sevierville Middle School beginning at 12:00 p.m. The event will include the planting of a tree honoring all of the students and faculty that have attended the school. More event details will be available at a later date.

On Friday, January 20, officers from the Sevierville Police Department and community members will come together in an informal setting to discuss community issues, build relationships, and drink coffee.

The Sevierville Department of Parks and Recreation is accepting youth baseball and softball registration and entry fees for the 2023 Smoky Mountain Youth Baseball (SMYB) spring season. Games will once again be played in partnership with the Pigeon Forge Youth Baseball League (PFYBL). The season will begin in early April and conclude in early June. The registration deadline is February 26.
All City of Sevierville Public Works residential and commercial garbage collection schedules are currently being followed. There are no projected delays in service.
