City of Sevierville completes new public parking lot to address downtown parking needs

The City of Sevierville is pleased to announce the completion of a new public parking lot located at the corner of Parkway and Bruce Street, just steps away from the heart of downtown.

This strategic addition is part of the City’s ongoing efforts to alleviate the increasing demand for parking in the downtown area. Parking in the 26-space lot is free of charge.

With steady growth in tourism, downtown events, and business activity, parking has become a growing concern for residents and visitors alike. This newly constructed lot will help relieve pressure on existing parking resources while the City continues planning and development of a larger, multi-level downtown parking garage.
