The role of the Historic Zoning Commission (HZC) is to review plans for projects located within the Downtown Commercial Historic Overlay (DHO). Meetings will be held on the fourth Thursday of the month, as needed. The Downtown Commercial Historic Overlay (DHO) map can be used to verify locations that require approval from the HZC. DHO Map.

The City of Sevierville’s stormwater program seeks to provide an exceptional level of environmental stewardship to the community through the protection and maintenance of local water resources in accordance with the City’s stormwater ordinance.
Retail food stores that derive at least 20% of sales from the retail sale of food and food ingredients and have floor space of at least 1,200 square feet, may apply to the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission for a Retail Food Store Wine license.
Items to be considered for action by the Sevierville Planning Commission must be submitted online by 5:00 p.m. 28 days prior to the meeting.
