COVID-19 Information

Current Status of City Facilities and Services

All City facilities are open to the public. The City of Sevierville plans to continue the COVID-19 practices pertaining to City facilities that have been in place since last year. Facial coverings are required to enter all City operated facilities. Temperature checks are also required at some facilities, such as the Community Center and Civic Center. Social distancing is recommended at all facilities as well. City employees will wear facial coverings in public areas.

Additional protocols are in place when participating in activities at the Community Center, including advance reservation requirements and reduced capacities in many programs. Visit seviervilletn.org and choose the Parks and Recreation page/Facilities tab to get more information.

We will continue to provide updates on the status of City facilities and services as needed. The City maintains multiple Facebook pages and a Twitter page, which are listed at www.seviervilletn.org. Residents can also call City Hall for assistance at 865-453-5504. City Greenways and Parks Remain Open For Non-Organized Use

City of Sevierville parks and greenways are currently open for non-organized use. In an attempt to reduce the possible spread of the COVID-19 outbreak, league sponsored activities are discouraged at this time.

Sevierville Civic Center Closes Indefinitely

In a move to reduce the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus, the City of Sevierville is closing the Sevierville Civic Center indefinitely, effective Friday, March 20. The Sevierville Community Center remains closed indefinitely, as does Mulligan’s Restaurant at the Sevierville Golf Club. All other City services remain in operation at this time. Residents and visitors can click here to view the new City website page for additional COVID-19 information and resources.
