Notice of PBA Meeting - 6/9/2025

This will serve as legal notice that the City of Sevierville Public Building Authority (PBA) has scheduled a meeting on Monday, June 9, 2025. The meeting will begin at 3:00 PM in the Sevierville Civic Center, 130 Gary R. Wade Boulevard, Sevierville, Tennessee. The purpose of the meeting will be to consider approval of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) from Vannoy Construction for the site package for the North Sevierville Project, and other items of interest.
