Notice of Public Hearing - O-2023-018 - Zoning Newport Highway

This will serve as legal notice that a public hearing has been scheduled to receive any public comment on the matter of placing IC - Intermediate Commercial zoning on property, which consists of land on Newport Highway and Robert Henderson Road, Tax Map 050, Parcels 043.10, 044.00, & 044.01. Said land is noted on the map by the shaded area.

The public hearing will be Monday, December 4, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. Further information on this proposed zoning may be obtained prior to the public hearing by contacting the Office of Planning & Development at Sevierville City Hall by calling 453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday.
