Notice of Public Hearing 12/5/2022 - Proposed Rezoning - Boyds Creek Highway

This will serve as legal notice that a public hearing has been scheduled to receive any public comment on the matter of rezoning property, as proposed in O-2022-025, which consists of land on Boyds Creek Highway, Tax Map 26, Parcel 25.00 from LDR – Low Density Residential to AR – Agriculture Residential. Said land is noted on the map by the shaded area.

The public hearing will be Monday, December 5, 2022 at 6:00 P.M., at the Sevierville Civic Center, 130 Gary R. Wade Boulevard, Sevierville, Tennessee 37862. Further information on this proposed rezoning may be obtained prior to the public hearing by contacting the Office of Planning & Development at Sevierville City Hall by calling 453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday.
