This will serve as legal notice that a public hearing has been scheduled to receive any public comment on the matter of placing HDR – High Density Residential zoning on property, which consists of land on Bob Hollow Road, Tax Map 048E, Group A, Parcel 1.00, Tax Map 048, Parcels 36.00, 37.00, 38.00, 39.00, 39.01, 39.06, and 53.00, and IC – Intermediate Commercial zoning on property on Chapman Highway, Tax Map 048E, Group A, Parcel 1.01. Said land is noted on the map by the shaded area.
The public hearing will be Monday, December 5, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. Further information on this proposed zoning may be obtained prior to the public hearing by contacting the Office of Planning & Development at Sevierville City Hall by calling 453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday.
