Notice of Public Hearing 4/18/2022 - Proposed Zoning MDR

This will serve as legal notice that a public hearing has been scheduled to receive any public comment on the matter of placing the MDR – Medium Density Residential zoning on property, which consists of land on Ernest McMahan Road, Tax Map 062, Parcel 036.00. Said land is noted on the map by the shaded area.

The public hearing will be Monday, April 18, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. Further information on this proposed zoning may be obtained prior to the public hearing by contacting the Office of Planning & Development at Sevierville City Hall by calling 453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday.
