This will serve as legal notice that a public hearing has been scheduled to receive any public comment on the matter of rezoning property, as proposed in O-2021-018, which consists of land located on Bass Pro Drive from AR – Agricultural Residential District and IN – Industrial District to IC – Intermediate Commercial District. Said land is noted on the map by the shaded area.
The public hearing will be Monday, October 18, 2021 at 6:00 P.M., at the Sevierville Civic Center, 130 Gary R. Wade Boulevard, Sevierville, Tennessee 37862. Further information on this proposed rezoning may be obtained prior to the public hearing by contacting the Office of Planning & Development at Sevierville City Hall by calling 453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday.
