Notice of IDB Meeting - 8/24

This will serve as legal notice that the City of Sevierville Industrial Development Board (IDB) has scheduled a meeting on Friday, August 24, 2018 at 1:00PM in the Administrative Conference Room at Sevierville City Hall, 120 Gary Wade Blvd, Sevierville, TN.

The purpose of the meetings with be to discuss consideration of the approval of documentation relating to a payment-in-lieu-of-tax (“PILOT”) transaction for Riverside Village, consideration of the approval of documentation relating to a PILOT transaction for Forest Cove, and other items of interest.
