Notice of Public hearing - Zoning Ordinance Amendment - 3/5/2018

This will serve as legal notice that a public hearing has been scheduled to receive any public comment on the matter of amending the zoning ordinance to include a Town Center zone and to reformat the organization of the existing ordinance. This ordinance would replace the C-1 Central Business District with the Town Center definition, uses, standards, and map definition. Said land is noted on the map by the shaded area.

The public hearing will be Monday, March 5, 2018 at 6:00 P.M., in the Council Hall of the Sevierville Civic Center, 130 Gary R. Wade Boulevard, Sevierville, Tennessee 37862. Further information on this proposed rezoning may be obtained prior to the public hearing by contacting the Office of Planning & Development at Sevierville City Hall or by calling 453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday.
