City of Sevierville to Launch Redesigned Municipal Websites

The City of Sevierville will soon launch redesigned municipal websites, built on a new, user friendly platform.

The updated websites will include a new design, improved structure, and multiple features to better support City communications and services. The sites are intended to serve as a dependable resource for residents, businesses, and visitors alike.

The sites will complement the City’s comprehensive internet presence, which already includes multiple social media pages.

“This project reflects our commitment to maintaining an effective and accessible digital presence for the City," said Kelly Stahlke, Database and Software Manager. “We’re confident residents, businesses and visitors will find the new sites easy to navigate and very useful no matter what their needs.”

Website features include:
• Bill and tax payments
• Permit applications
• Job openings and applications
• Starting a business
• City department information and contacts
• Notification subscriptions
• Sevierville Golf Club tee time reservations
• Sevierville Convention Center Planning Guide
• And much more!

The launch is scheduled to take place between Tuesday, October 14-Friday, October 17. During the transition, brief interruptions in service may occur as the new platform is brought online. The websites were developed in conjunction with CivicPlus, an industry leader in government website design and innovation.
