TRAFFIC ADVISORY UPDATE: Dolly Parton Parkway lane closure extended

The traffic advisory for a lane closure on Dolly Parton Parkway is being extended into next week. Weather conditions have adversely affected the project. The revised estimated completion date is Friday, June 20, 2025. Please see additional details below from original advisory.

Advisory issued 06/10/25:
A traffic advisory is being issued for an eastbound lane closure on Dolly Parton Parkway (Highway 411), between Cherokee Circle and Pittman Center Road (Highway 416).

The lane closure will begin on Wednesday, June 11 and be in effect daily from 8:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Weather and other conditions permitting, the work will be completed by Friday afternoon, June 13. The lane closure is necessary to allow for the construction of a new right turn lane onto Pittman Center Road. Motorists should expect delays and watch for changing traffic patterns, workers and equipment.
