TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Temporary closure of section of Old Douglas Dam Road

The City of Sevierville is issuing a traffic advisory for a temporary road closure on Old Douglas Dam Road.

The section of Old Douglas Dam Road behind Dick’s Sporting Goods will be closed to all traffic beginning at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 29, to facilitate installation of a water connection. Weather and other conditions permitting, the road will be reopened by 4:00 p.m. Friday, May 2, 2025.

Motorists should use Highway 66 as an alternate route during this closure.
