TDOT schedules January 16 public meeting regarding SR 449 (Veterans Boulevard) extension project

The following information has been provided by the Tennessee Department of Transportation.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) will host an in-person public design meeting on January 16, 2025 to gather public input on the proposed Sevier County State Route 449 Extension Project from Robert Henderson Road to State Route 66.

The meeting will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. EST at the following location:
Leconte Auditorium at the Sevierville Civic Center
120 Gary R Wade Blvd
Sevierville, TN 37862

Representatives of TDOT will be available to provide information on various aspects of the project. Anyone with questions regarding the upcoming meeting should contact:

A court reporter will be available to receive oral statements to be included in the project transcript. In addition, comment sheets will be available for those who prefer to make written statements.
