The temporary closure of the greenway trailhead and parking lot at Millwood Drive has been postponed until further notice. These areas will remain open to the public until a new work schedule has been determined.

The Sevierville Public Works Department will be performing maintenance work on the greenway trailhead and parking area at Millwood Drive on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. This work is weather dependent and will be rescheduled in the event of unfavorable weather. The parking lot and trailhead will be restriped and sealed. The work will necessitate the closure of these areas all day on Tuesday, July 22. Weather and other conditions permitting, these areas will reopen Wednesday morning, July 23.

The City of Sevierville Public Works Department will begin a sidewalk replacement project on Henderson Avenue beginning Monday, July 21, as part of the City’s Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan. The project involves removing and replacing the existing sidewalk with a new ADA-compliant sidewalk to improve accessibility and pedestrian safety.

The City of Sevierville IT Department will be performing scheduled maintenance on critical components of the City's core network infrastructure Tuesday evening, July 15, from approximately 7:00 p.m.-7:15 p.m. During this period, telephone services across all City government departments (including public safety services) may be disrupted, and all municipal websites will be temporarily unavailable.
