As Tennessee begins to reopen the economy this week, the City of Sevierville announces the reopening of the Sevierville Golf Club, located at 1444 Old Knoxville Highway, on Friday, May 1, 2020.
“We’re really looking forward to being able to offer first class golf to our community again,” said Head Golf Professional Craig Volentine. “Both 18-hole courses are in excellent condition, and we’ve taken measures to enhance the safety of our golfers and staff.”
Social distancing (separation of at least six feet between all persons) will be in place throughout the property, including the Clubhouse/Pro shop, Mulligan’s Restaurant and practice areas. Only one person per golf cart will be allowed and all golf carts will be sanitized following each use. The seating capacity in Mulligan’s Restaurant will be kept at or below 50% capacity and all CDC guidelines will be followed regarding food preparation, handling, serving and general cleanliness.
