Land Disturbance Permit Fees

The fee schedule below is based on the area (acres) of land being disturbed.

Project equal to or greater than 1 acres and less than 5 acres-                                 $   125.00
Project equal to or greater than 5 acres and less than 20 acres-                               $   500.00
Project equal to or greater than 20 acres and less than 50 acres-                             $ 1500.00
Project equal to or greater than 50 acres and less than 150 acres-                           $ 3000.00
Project equal to or greater than 150 acres-                                                                $ 5000.00
