National Night Out Comes to Sevierville October 3

The Sevierville Police Department is hosting their fourth annual National Night Out event on Tuesday, October 3 from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. outdoors at the Sevierville Municipal Complex (120 Gary Wade Boulevard). We will be joined by many of our local partners, including the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Sevierville Fire Department, and many more. Follow the event on our Facebook page @SeviervillePoliceDepartment for event updates and information!

Sevierville Police Department Schedules FREE Collision Avoidance Training for Young Drivers 2023

In an effort to improve the driving abilities and overall safety of younger drivers, the Sevierville Police Department (SPD) has scheduled a FREE Collision Avoidance Training (CAT) class on Sunday, October 15, 2023, from 7:45 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Students will meet at the Sevierville Police Department and then continue the class at the Sevierville Convention Center.

SPD Increases Impaired-Driving Enforcement

The Sevierville Police Department is partnering with the Tennessee Highway Safety Office (THSO) for its “Booze It and Lose It” campaign from August 16 to September 4, surrounding the Labor Day holiday. This initiative coincides with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” mobilization to increase impaired-driving enforcement nationwide.
