Forks of the River-Cemetery Park (located on the corner of Emert Ave. & Riverside Dr. Map to Park): A lovely, quiet one-acre park with benches and picnic tables. A nice place to relax.
Hospital Greenway Trailhead Park(located on Middle Creek Rd, next to LeConte Medical Center Map to Park): This one acre green space with a Picnic Shelter and Parking lot, benches and trees is the Trailhead for the Greenway from the LeConte Medical Center down Blanton Drive that connects to the Greenway on Veterans Blvd. Once the Greenway user connects at Veterans Blvd; you can take the Greenway on Veterans Blvd. and either go left to go all the way to Pigeon Forge or go right to end up on Dolly Parton Parkway (which has sidewalk connections to downtown Sevierville). This is a wonderful spot to visit and relax when visiting someone at the medical center and need a break. The picnic shelter can be reserved for a small fee by calling 865-453-5441.
Indian Mound Historic Site(located on the Forks of the River Bypass Map to Park): This historical property of one acre with benches is a relaxing site along the Memorial River Trail Greenway.
J.B. Waters-Love Addition Park (located on the corner of Sunnyside Ave. & Nichols St. Map to Park): Located in the middle of the Love Addition neighborhood, the facility offers a baseball field, softball field, soccer field, picnic shelter and playground.
McMahan Addition Park (located on the corner of McMahan Ave. & Railroad St. Map to Park): A one acre park with a basketball court, playground, picnic shelter (to make reservations call 865-453-5441), and a stage. A great place for the kids!
Northview Optimist Park (located on West Dumplin Valley Rd. Map to Park): This 24 acre park in northern Sevierville includes two soccer fields, two lighted baseball/ softball fields, lighted walking trail, picnic area, a picnic pavilion (to make reservations, call 865-453-5441), and restrooms.
Sevierville City Park(located on Park Rd. Map to Park): No summer is complete without visiting the Sevierville City Park. There is so much to do including lunch in the park, play time at Mt. Ton of Fun, and cooling off at the Family Aquatic Center. And with all the other amenities—tennis, basketball, playground, walking trail and picnic shelters, to name a few—you’ll find it the best place to spend those long days of summer vacation!
