Sevierville Police Department schedules Cookout with the Cops August 12 in Kodak

The Sevierville Police Department will hold a Cookout with the Cops community event on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. The event will take place outdoors in the Kodak community at New Hope Church, 2450 Winfield Dunn Parkway. SPD will be joined by many of our local partners, including the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Sevierville Fire Department, and more.

The event will include free food and numerous first responder vehicles and equipment will be on display. 

“The support we receive from our community is very appreciated and not something that we take for granted,” said SPD Chief Joseph Manning. “We hope events such as this will serve to enhance our relationship with our residents.”

Cookout with the Cops is a community building event to promote police-community relationships. SPD extends a special thank you to event sponsors Tennessee State Bank, Bass Pro, Target, and New Hope Church.
