Four City of Sevierville Police Department officers received the FBI-LEEDA (Law Enforcement Executive Development Association) Trilogy Award today, Friday, April 4, 2025. Lieutenant Robbie Ball, Sergeant Phillip West, Sergeant Kyle Hager, and Sergeant Caleb Brien attended the week-long Executive Leadership Institute class held at the Sevierville Police Department, to complete their Trilogy training. Also, Sergeant Julio Cruz completed the Executive Leadership Institute today, one of the three Trilogy classes.
To receive the Trilogy Award, officers must successfully complete three core FBI-LEEDA classes-the Supervisor Leadership Institute, Command Leadership Institute, and Executive Leadership Institute. Together, the classes are designed to provide a comprehensive law enforcement leadership education.
“These officers are leaders in our agency and the knowledge they receive through the FBI-LEEDA program will significantly contribute to their ability to serve our department and our community,” said SPD Chief Joseph Manning.
