Sevierville Road Conditions Update-6:00 p.m. January 16

Primary roads in the City are largely clear and drying, with some wet spots remaining. Secondary roads and local streets are largely clear but may still have snow and ice patches. The majority of City streets have been plowed and treated, and crews continue working on this task.

Remaining wet spots may turn to ice with the very low overnight temperatures. Public Works will have a crew working overnight to treat slick spots and continue to clear up streets.

Overnight travel is discouraged due to extremely low forecast temperatures and the potential for black ice and patches of snow.
