Investigation Culminates With Seven Narcotics Related Arrests

Elements of the Sevier County Street Crimes Unit, Sevierville Police Department and Sevier County Sheriff’s Office arrested seven persons on March 31, 2023 following a narcotics investigation that began in Summer 2022.

At approximately 7:15 a.m., law enforcement officers executed a search warrant at 910 Murphy Road in Sevierville. The seven individuals found in the home were arrested (see charges below). Various amounts of heroin, marijuana, gabapentin and drug paraphernalia were seized.

Arrests and charges:

• John D. Majors, 35-years old, Operating a Drug House; Possession of Schedule I Drug (heroin).
• Andrea M. Erfourth, 41-years old, Possession of Schedule I Drug (heroin).
• Terry G. Sagraves, Jr., 48-years old, Possession of Schedule VI Drug (marijuana), outstanding VOP warrant.
• Amber B. Bell, 38-years old, Possession of Schedule V Drug (Gabapentin).
• Autumn P. Whittington, 29-years old, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
• Michael J. Quinn, 34-years old, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
• Daniel S. LaForce, 50-years old, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Following the arrests, the City of Sevierville Codes Enforcement Department determined the home was unfit for human occupancy or use.
