TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Traffic Signal Work Continues at Main Street/Highway 66 Intersection

The City of Sevierville will be finalizing the installation of new mast arm traffic signals at the Main Street/Highway 66 intersection next week, which will cause several short term traffic delays.

Workers will need to temporarily close traffic lanes to complete installation of the new mast arm traffic signals at the intersection. Several separate traffic lane closures will be necessary to complete the project. The lane closures will occur at and near this intersection between 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 29 and 2:00 a.m. Thursday, March 30.

Motorists should exercise caution in this area during the times listed and be prepared for short term traffic delays, changing traffic patterns and the presence of workers, equipment and police officers.
