Sevierville SR 66/US 441 Parkway Survey

The City of Sevierville has identified the SR 66/US 441 corridor for the implementation of smart and sustainable growth strategies as well as enhancements to pedestrian and multimodal opportunities, access, and safety improvements. To support these efforts, the City of Sevierville has been awarded a TDOT Community Transportation Planning Grant.

Development of the SR 66/US 441 Corridor Plan will provide guidance and recommendations related to the efficiency and reliability of existing infrastructure, safety, opportunities for pedestrians and other nonmotorized travelers, and coordinated land use opportunities. Additional goals include coordination with existing transit and future greenways and multimodal routes near the corridor.

The study area consists of SR 66 and US 441 and adjoining properties, beginning at the SR 66/SR 448 junction north of downtown Sevierville and extending southward to Apple Valley Road.

The City of Sevierville, in conjunction with design firm WSP, will be seeking public comment through an online mapping application for this segment of the corridor. Anyone and everyone is encouraged to express their opinions, comments, and concerns through the link to the interactive mapping application:

For information on how to use the map, see the About & Help in the upper left corner of the map.

Comments will be taken into consideration when presenting the final plan for approval and adoption.
