Golf Course Groundskeeping - Part-time $18.00 to $19.50 hourly +golf privileges
Salary: $18.00 to $19.50 hourly (based on experience)+ golf privileges!
The Sevierville Golf Club is looking forward to another challenging and exciting season at our two 18-hole championship courses. The Sevierville Turfgrass Department is looking for enthusiastic candidates to join us this year. The Sevierville Golf Club is one of the premier golf destinations in the East Tennessee area and our maintenance staff takes great pride in ensuring that we provide excellent course conditions to our customers. From the drive into the parking lot to the walk off the 18th green, we have the desire to impress our customers and exceed their expectations. The success of our maintenance staff is dependent on every employee personally committing himself or herself to join us in our pursuit of excellence.
Work Schedule:
- Seasonal Position – dates range from March – November
- Work Hours – Spring/Fall 6:00 am – 2:30 pm and Summer 5:00 am – 1:30 pm
- Hours may vary based on the tournament schedule.
Job Duties:
- Setup golf course for daily play
- Trimming and Walk Mowing Greens, Tees, Approaches, Fairways & Roughs
- Raking Bunkers and Edging Bunkers
- Employees may also be asked to: Operate Hedge trimmers, Operate Sod cutters, operate backpack blowers, and Laying and Watering Sod.
- Operating heavy machinery

Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or GED with related experience and knowledge of small equipment operation such as mowers, tractors, weed eaters, spraying units, turf aerators, smaller chain saws, etc.
