Attendant - Bowling Center - Part-Time

The City of Sevierville Department of Parks and Recreation is now accepting applications and/or resumes for an Attendant I position to work in the Bowling Center part-time. :

Flexible Schedule/Nights and Weekends will be required (20-to 25 hrs. per week)

SUMMARY:

The essential function of the position within the organization is to provide customer service support. The position is responsible for providing general services for the assigned department. The position works under direct supervision according to set procedures.

PRIMARY DUTIES: This list represents the essential tasks performed by the position. Employees may be assigned additional duties by management as required.

Assists customers by telephone and in-person; provides routine information and answers customer questions regarding assigned area; transfers telephone calls to appropriate personnel as required.

Prepares departmental equipment for customer use; provides instruction to patrons on the proper use of equipment; performs maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal functioning.

Provides requested service, such as ringing up sales for activities, equipment rental, passes, programs

Performs cleaning tasks for an assigned area, such as sweeping floors and lanes, wiping tabletops, or cleaning
